The first night's stay is due at time of booking, except where otherwise noted. The remaining balance is due at Check-In. Advance Purchase Rate is to be paid in full for all nights.

Taxes and Fees: Sales Tax – Lake Quinault 8.9%, Lodging Tax – 3%, Utility Fee – 6.5%+ taxes (subject to change) 

• $1 Interpretive Fee (per night) Lake Quinault in The National Forest + taxes. 
• $1 National Forest Donation (per night) – Can be refunded at check in/out. 
• Extra Person Fee (Beyond 2 guests) - $15 +taxes 

Reservation Changes: Dates of stay for a reservation may be changed based on current availability. Your reservation is subject to a new rate for new dates of stay. Any changes made to your reservation may result in a rate change. 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations/Changes made more than seven (7) days of arrival/check-in time are fully refundable less $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations/Changes made less than seven (7) days prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit. Cancellation policies vary with promotional rates. Advance Purchase is non-refundable. 

Pet Policy: A $25.00+tax non-refundable fee per pet per stay is due at check-in. Pet must be leashed at all times. Maximum of two pets allowed. No size limit applies. Cashless Operations: Please note Lake Quinault Lodge is a cash-free lodge. We do not accept cash for any services or lodging deposits, but all major credit cards are accepted.

Events: Weddings and group events are occasionally hosted at Lake Quinault Lodge. During these special celebrations, you may notice increased activity or event-related setups in certain areas.

Cancellations/Changes made less than seven (7) day's prior to the arrival date will result in charge for one night's stay plus tax. Cancellation policies vary with promotional rates. 

Pet Policy: A $25.00 non-refundable fee per pet per stay is due at check-in. Pet must be leashed at all times. Maximum of two pets allowed. No size limit applies. Excessive cleaning fees may apply. Park Fees: Please visit the National Park Service page for updated information on park fees and passes. 

National Park Fund Fee: An optional $3.00 donation to National Park Foundation (www.nationalparks.org) will be automatically included in the total cost for your stay. If you do not wish to contribute, please see the front desk to have the $3.00 charge removed from your final bill. Thank you for your support in preserving the natural beauty, cultural heritage, and continued enjoyment of our parks.

• RV Park: Check-in 1:00 pm, check-out 11:00 am 
• Campground: Check-in 12:00 pm, check-out 11:00 am 
• Reservations can be made through recreation.gov. All cancelations and changes must be processed through recreation.gov at least 72 hours prior to check in. Walk up reservations may be made based on availability.

Extra Person Policy: All rates based on double occupancy. Additional person charges apply for extra persons age 3 years and older. 

Pet Policy: Olympic National Park allows two pets per rented RV or tent campsite. Service dogs are always welcomed at all campgrounds. 

To ensure all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, Olympic National Park has established the following pet guidelines: 

• Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners. 
• Bring the leash. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners' vehicles, as regulation by Olympic National Park. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended or the National Park Rangers will be notified. 
• Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations. 
• Please pick up after your pet on all areas within the facility. 

NOTE: Dogs are NOT allowed on many of the Olympic National Park trails but ARE allowed on leash on the National Forest Trails. Please visit the NPS website for more information.
