Travel Advisory: Potential Government Shutdown – We are watching the evolving situation regarding the potential government shutdown and the possible effect it could have on national parks. We are hopeful that the government will find a budget solution to prevent a government shutdown. Please note some national parks and concessioner operations may be open during a government shutdown based on the NPS contingency plan, but specific details for Olympic National Park are not available at this time. If the park and concessioner operations are not able to remain open, a refund will be issued for any reservations impacted. Lake Quinault Lodge will remain open as it is not located inside Olympic National Park. We will share more information when available.
