Let us host your special holiday feast! We will be serving a hearty to-go Thanksgiving meal from the Roosevelt Room.

Roasted Acorn Squash Bisque
Essence of Cinnamon and nutmeg envelope this in fall flavors with a beautiful creamy finish.

Apples, Nuts and Berry Salad
Sliced apples, roasted pecans and gorgonzola cheese, layered on top a bed of harvest blended baby greens. Served with a house made mixed berry vinaigrette.

Spinach Salad

Baby Greens craisins, topped with feta cheese, pan fried croutons and finished with pickled red onions. Served with Honey balsamic Vinaigrette

Creamy Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Sour cream, butter, cream cheese and roasted garlic, all mashed together for a savory treat.

Streusel-Topped Sweet Potato Casserole
All the goodness of home, sweet potatoes, pineapple, brown sugar, and chopped pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg and a hint of vanilla, Topped with marshmallows, pecans and brown sugar.

Apple and Savory Herbed Stuffing
Fresh cut apples and sweet onions, fresh herbs and spices, and a savory vegetable stock.

Glazed Baby Carrots
Baked and served with a warm butter, Nutmeg, cinnamon, brown sugar and tarragon glaze

Fried Green Beans Almandine
Toasted almonds, browned butter, Shallots and lemon zest tossed together in olive oil and butter.

Carved Brined and Herb rubbed Roasted Turkey
Apple juice infused brine with fresh herbs and spices, rubbed and roasted.
Served with traditional pan dripping gravy.

Carved Prime Rib
Slow Roasted, Salt Crusted and garlic plugged
Carved and served with Au jus and Horseradish sauce

Smoked Salmon
Pacific salmon, seasoned with herbed cheese, figs and lemon

House made Cranberry Sauce
