National Park Fund Fee
An optional $3.00 donation to National Park Foundation (www.nationalparks.org) will be automatically included in the total cost for your stay. If you do not wish to contribute, please see the front desk to have the $3.00 charge removed from your final bill. Thank you for your support in preserving the natural beauty, cultural heritage, and continued enjoyment of our parks.
Lodging Info & Policies
Check-In: 4:00 pm
Check-Out: 11:00 am
Must be 18 years of age to check-in, and the person checking in must match the name on the reservation, unless otherwise specified.
Payment Policy: The first night stay is due at time of booking except where otherwise noted. Remaining balance and incidentals incurred are due at time of checkout. All rates are based on double occupancy.
NOTE: If you have booked a Promotional Rate or Package, a different deposit, cancel, and change policy may apply. Please call 1.888.896.3818 for more information. NOTE: Advanced Purchases are NON-Refundable.
Taxes & Fees:
- Sales Tax – Lake Quinault 8.9%, Lodging Tax – 3%, Utility Fee – 6.5%
- Sales Tax – Lake Crescent 8.5%, Lodging Tax – 2%, Utility Fee – 0.36%
- Sales Tax – Sol Duc and Log Cabin 8.5%, Lodging Tax – 2%
- $1 Interpretive Fee (Per night) Lake Quinault in The National Forest + taxes.
- $1 National Forest Donation (Per night) – Can be refunded at check in/out.
- Extra Person Fee (Beyond 2 guests) - $15
- Sol Duc Extra Person Fee (Beyond 2 guests and over 4 years old) - $25 (includes entrance to Pools)
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations/Changes made more than seven (7) days of arrival are refundable, less $25 cancellation/change fee. Cancellations/Changes made less than seven (7) day's prior to the arrival date will result in charge for one night's stay plus tax. Cancellation policies vary with promotional rates.
Reservation Changes: Dates of stay for a reservation may be changed based on current availability. Your reservation is subject to a new rate for new dates of stay. Any changes made to your reservation may result in a rate change and payment due upon arrival.
Extra Person Policy: All room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional person charge of $15.00 per night per person age 12 and older.
Pack-n-Play Cribs: Pack-n-play cribs can be requested at the time of reservation and are $25.00 +tax per stay. Limited availability.
Pet Policy: A $25.00 non-refundable fee per pet per stay is due at check-in. Pet must be leashed at all times. Maximum of two pets allowed. No size limit applies. Excessive cleaning fees may apply. Visit our pets page for more information.

Smoking Policy: All rooms and tours at our facilities are non-smoking.
Cashless Operations: Please note Lake Quinault Lodge is a cash-free lodge. We do not accept cash for any services or lodging deposits, but all major credit cards are accepted.
Camping Info & Policies
- RV Park: Check-in 1:00 pm, check-out 11:00 am
- Campground: Check-in 12:00 pm, check-out 11:00 am
Payment Policy:
Cancellation: Cancellation/Changes made outside 7 days prior to arrival will be assessed a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations/Changes made inside 7 days will result in forfeiture of full deposit.
Reservation Changes: Dates of stay for a reservation may be changed based on current availability. Your reservation is subject to a new rate for new dates of stay. Any changes made to your reservation may result in a rate change and payment due upon arrival.
Extra Person Policy: All rates based on double occupancy. Additional person charges apply for extra persons age 6 years and older.
Pet Policy: Olympic National Park allows two pets per rented RV or tent campsite. Service dogs are always welcomed at all campgrounds.
To ensure all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, Olympic National Park has established the following pet guidelines:

Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners.

Bring the leash. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners' vehicles, as regulation by Olympic National Park. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended or the National Park Rangers will be notified.

Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations.

Please pick up after your pet on all areas within the facility.
NOTE: Dogs are NOT allowed on many of the Olympic National Park trails but ARE allowed on leash on the National Forest Trails. Please visit the NPS website for more information.
Rainforest Tour Info & Policies
Tour Departure: The Rainforest Tour departs from Lake Quinault Lodge.
Payment Policy: Full payment for Quinault Rainforest Tour will be processed at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Quinault Rainforest Tour Guest may cancel more than 24 hours prior to tour to avoid penalty. Cancelling/changing within 24 hours of tour results in 100% forfeit.
Change Policy: Dates of a reservation may be changed based on current availability. Your reservation is subject to a new rate for new dates. Any changes made to your reservation may result in a rate change and payment due upon arrival.
Boat Tours Info & Policies
Payment Policy: Full payment for lake tours will be processed at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Lake Tour bookings must be cancelled outside of 24 hours prior to tour departure to receive full refund. Cancelling/Changing within 24 hours of tour departure will forfeit the value of the tickets.
