Cancellations/Changes made more than seven (7) days of arrival are refundable, less $25 cancellation/change fee. Cancellations/Changes made less than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date will result in charge for one night's stay plus tax. Cancellation policies vary with promotional rates.

Check-In: 4:00 pm for lodging and camping reservations. Must be at least 18 years of age to check-in.

Check-Out: 11:00 am for lodging and camping reservations.

Front Desk Hours: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

At Check-in, guests will be asked if they would like to contribute an optional $3.00 donation to Washington's National Park Fund (www.wnpf.org).  This donation will go to support the preservation and the natural beauty, cultural heritage, and continued enjoyment of our parks.

Deposit of first night stay plus tax is due at the time of booking except where otherwise noted. Remaining balance and incurred incidentals must be paid upon check-out.

Pets are permitted in the Camper Cabins only.

A $25.00 non-refundable fee per pet per stay, is due at check-in. Pet must be leashed at all times. Two pets maximum (lodging or camping), no size limit. Excessive cleaning fees may apply.

Submitting an order on www.olympicnationalparks.com does not guarantee a reservation. A reservation is guaranteed when final authorization of your credit card is processed. The credit card you provide will be charged the full amount of the required deposit after availability is confirmed. By giving your credit card for confirmation you are agreeing to pay the deposit in full and adhere to the change and cancellation policy.
