The weekend features traditional family recipes from our resident Chef de Cuisine, David “Irish” Gordon born in St. Louis Missouri to Irish immigrant parents from Killarney and Dublin. The dinner menu includes favorites such as Corned Beef & Cabbage, Colcannon, Homemade Soda Bread, and Bread Pudding w/Whisky Sauce.
Join us Saturday night for Celtic music by Carter Junction. This husband and wife duo has performed regionally across Washington at festivals in Ocean Shores, Spokane, and Winthrop and often serve as the lead off band for legendary performer and story teller, Hank Cramer.

The husband of wife duo of Clinton and Sarah Carter known as Carter Junction, perform Folk, Celtic, and Cowboy music. They often serve as the lead off band for legendary performed and story teller, Hank Cramer. Carter Junction has been featured at events such as: ABC3 Music Festival in Ocean Shores Washington, Spokane Fall Festival, 3 Rivers Folk Festival, and The Celtic Concert in Winthrop WA.
