Day of Arrival:
Breathtaking Vistas Over the Wild Pacific - Kalaloch Lodge, perched on a bluff overlooking the Pacific, is one of Olympic National Parks most memorable resorts. Stay in comfortable accommodations in the Main Lodge, secluded Seacrest House, or cozy cabins with Franklin fireplaces.
A Mouth Watering Meal - Enjoy outstanding cuisine in the Creekside Restaurant. We serve fresh and delicious Grilled King Salmon, Olympic Style Crab Cakes, Pan Seared Halibut, or Pacific Northwest Wild Mushroom Strudel. Round off your meal with a glass of wonderful wine and a mouthwatering dessert.
A Quiet Walk on the Beach - A stroll on the beach after a scrumptious meal is the perfect way to unwind and relax for the night.
1st Full Day:
Breakfast at Creekside Restaurant - Start the day with a hearty breakfast of omelets, pancakes or crunchy French toast (a Kalaloch specialty) and more. Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Kalaloch Hiking - "Easy access" hiking trails are designed for people of all ages and abilities. This is ideal for families. Take your pick of seven unique beaches, well groomed hiking trails, meandering creeks and magnificent ancient forests (all nearby) to explore. You can also choose from an array of Water Based Activities which include Clam Digging, Whale Watching, Storm Watching and fishing.
A Feast for the Eyes - The ocean views are stunning from the Creekside Restaurant, but the meals are truly the star of the show. Lunch offerings are simple and satisfying and include juicy burgers and fish and chips.
Olympic Wild Beaches Van Tour - We will explore 2 separate beaches of totally different characters, and visit the amazing and mysterious burl forest. Join us for a half day of fun and exploration.
