Soak Up the Surroundings

Sol Duc Hot Springs offers three Mineral Hot Spring soaking pools and one Freshwater Pool. Temperatures vary between the pools allowing you to find the perfect one to relax and soak in. Each mineral pool is closed twice daily to allow for a 'resting period'. During this time the pool is being tested to ensure the health and safety of our guests. All of the Mineral Hot Springs are drained nightly, cleaned and then fill again naturally. play_solduc_hotsprings.jpg

The springs receive part of their water from rain and melting snow, which seep through cracks in the sedimentary rocks where it mingles with gasses coming from cooling volcanic rocks. The mineralized waters then rise to the surface along a larger crack or fissure.
